About
Whitman, as Printed studies Walt Whitman’s books as made things: how they were set, printed, and bound, and how his words sit on the pages he chose. It is free and noncommercial.
The Walt Whitman Archive holds every edition of Leaves of Grass. Whitman, as Printed focuses on the first and last editions.
It is made by Todd Stabley with stanza, a press for words and pictures that he also makes. stanza is a paid product; this project is not.
